Exchange and Return Policy
Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we apologize but we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must also be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be presented to complete the return or exchange.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be further processed and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within a specific time frame.
Delays or Non-Refund:
If you have not yet received your refund, please confirm with your bank first.
Since it is a credit card refund, it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email to agavetadamagia@gmail.com , and we will respond as soon as possible.

Shipping costs for returning the product are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued at over €100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee safe receipt of your returned item.
