Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  • Order Modification Deadline : You have the possibility to modify or cancel your order up to 6 hours after placing it. This deadline allows us to process and ship orders efficiently.
  • Process to Modify or Cancel Orders : To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You can do so by emailing agavetadamagia@gmail.com . Please provide your order number and relevant details to ensure prompt and accurate processing.
  • Shipped Orders : If your order has already been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it directly. In this case, we ask that you receive the order as scheduled and, if necessary, consult our return and exchange policy for assistance.

Refunds :

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged in transit. Just let us know, and we'll provide you with the return address and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
  • The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the products.

We do not issue refunds if :

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
